BOEKEL Peter
Peter is an actuary with over 20 years of experience. His area of expertise is in capital modelling, ALM and financial risk management. Throughout his career, he worked on a wide range of implementations of risk management (insurance and pension funds), provided ALM advise to pension funds and was involved in the development of internal models at insurance companies, the latter including inflation risk. -
BROENS Joost
Joost has more than 12 years of experience in the industry. His specialty is in life insurance and risk/capital management, with a particular interest in strategic initiatives at insurers. Prior to joining Milliman, Joost worked at Aegon where he worked on capital initiatives in the areas of Asset-Liability Management, hedging, reinsurance, product/expense management, and mergers & acquisitions. -
ELDERS Jan
Jan is an actuary mainly working in valuation and risk management for life insurance companies. He recently performed an in-depth study exploring how the ECB’s policies, climate policies and shifting demographics drive inflation, and how persistent high inflation rates may affect life and non-life insurance companies across the Eurozone through 2050 and beyond. -
VAN BEERS Rik
Rik is an actuary with over 15 years of experience. He has advised many clients on their risk management, including their ORSA and pre-emptive recovery planning. This includes discussing business and capital plans, defining scenarios and management actions surrounding inflation risk.
