We inform you herewith that the the 2nd congress of Actuaires du Monde (www.actuairesdumonde.org) in Dakar (Senegal) will take place on 2 & 3 May 2023 (instead of end of October 2023 - for our members and people from the financial services industry, supervisors and actuaries from and outside Africa to show our continued willingness to assist those who call upon our volunteer services.
Our local partners are the Institute of Actuaries in Senegal (INAS) and the "Institut Interafricain de Formation en Assurance et en Gestion des Entreprises (IFAGE)".
Enrollment will be possible on the website of the association as from January 2023.
The theme of the congress is 'Promoting financial inclusion' which is at the core of the activities of Actuaires du Monde and also the centre of the various national strategies of financial inclusion put in place these days.
The General Assembly for the members of the association will take place after the closure of the 2nd congress.
A 'Call for presentation' (see Materials) is launched and we encourage you to submit your application. The deadline for application is January 1, 2023 23:59, Central European Time. For more information on submission procedures, please consult the 'Call for presentation' document.
