31 March 2025 will go down in history as a landmark date for the Institute of Actuaries in Belgium. On that evening, as of 18:00 CET, we will have a festive general assembly for IA|BE Members and invited guests at the Manhattan Meeting Center, Avenue du Boulevard 21, 1210 Brussels.
At this event, we will not only introduce the newly elected board to our members and thank the outgoing board members for their tenure; we will also say goodbye to Gerda Elsen who retires on that evening from office as Director Education and Accreditation after a long tenure at IA|BE and previously KVBA / ARAB. Gerda and outgoing chairman Fabian de Bilderling, who leaves the Board after 24 years, will share memories from their time at IA|BE.
The meeting will be followed by a cocktail party with walking dinner.
