CANCELLATION POLICY
• All cancellations must be notified by email to contact@iabe.be
• For cancellations made at least 2 workdays prior to the event day, no registration fees apply.
• For later cancellations or no-shows, registration fees are due.
• Substitution by another IA|BE participant is possible and is to be notified prior to the event to contact@iabe.be. If a member is substituted by a non-member, the difference in fees will be charged.
