In December 2022, more than 200 IA|BE Members attended in Teams the presentation of the IA|BE Task Force Inflation about “The overall impact of inflation on the insurance sector”.
In 2023, this Task Force has focused its efforts on “How to protect against inflation ?” under 4 different angles : “Inflation within the risk management system”; “How to model inflation ?” ; “Can inflation linked bonds be a good protection against inflation ?”; “How can reinsurance help in this context ?”.
Our members Karel Goossens, Pierre Devolder, Luc Vanbriel and Corentin Belpaire have worked together with Fabian de Bilderling and Frank Dausy to give a coordinated view on this topic.
In this virtual meeting, they will present their findings to the IA|BE Members.
