DEBOUTTE Jean
Jean DEBOUTTE is the Director Strategy, Risk Management and Investor Relations of the Belgian
Debt Agency. He is a member of the Strategic Committee for the debt and he currently chairs the
Debt Agency’s Executive Committee.
Before joining the Belgian Debt Agency in 2001, he was CFO of a Belgian insurance company.
He holds master degrees in Mathematics (1987) and in Actuarial Sciences (1989), both obtained at
the University of Leuven (Belgium). He has also partially followed the Financial Analyst educational
program at the ICHEC Brussels in 1995.
