The Professional Committee fulfills the following tasks:
- to guard the professional interests of the members of IA|BE;
- to represent the professional interests of the members of IA|BE;
- to defend the professional interests of the members of IA|BE;
- to work out the Professional Code of Conduct and Actuarial Standards;
- to work out the Sanctions Policy;
- to examine developments in national and international legislation which concerns the actuarial profession.
