Seminar IA|BE : Impact of climate changes on the insurance sector (19/11/2020)
The escalating frequency and severity of extreme weather-related events—from wildfires in the US, to record heat waves in Europe, to floods in Japan—have shone a spotlight on insurance risk and climate change.
The (re)insurance industry identified climate change as an emerging risk over two decades ago and has since campaigned for more action to be taken to mitigate its impact.
This seminar will be organised as an online seminar.
