Covid-19 started as a rather exotic news item at the end of 2019 but gradually it developed over the previous months into a global pandemic, seriously impacting our daily lives over a longer sustained period. It soon became clear that the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak necessitated profound strategic discussions, also at the level of IABE. The Board decided to create a Task Force to discuss the potential impact of Covid-19 on actuaries and their professional duties. Through this note, we inform you about what has been done by the Task Force Corona. More
