Terms of reference
The Task Force Early Career Members (TF ECM) is a dedicated task force within the IA|BE, created for and by members in the yearly years of their professional career.
The TF ECM brings together a dynamic group of enthusiastic actuaries under the age of 35 who are eager to contribute to the IA|BE community by organising events, fostering connections, and shaping the future of young membership within our institute. In essence, it aims at being a platform where motivated early career actuaries can actively engage, exchange ideas, and help build a vibrant, supportive network.
